TONY LLOYD

Tony is vice president of business operations for Intuit’s Consumer Group, the organization that delivers TurboTax. TurboTax is the nation’s leading tax preparation software, providing do-it-yourself (DIY), assisted, and full service tax preparation to millions of individuals, families, and small businesses. He joined Intuit in 2018 to lead portfolio management and program delivery. In his current role, Tony leads Intuit’s Consumer Group Program Office, responsible for a variety of disciplines including business operations, project management, program management, and portfolio management. He is responsible for orchestrating strategic planning and execution of initiatives and operations both within the consumer business and across Intuit’s technology ecosystem, propelling transformative change for customers. Tony also served as a Major in the United States Air Force. As a Space and Missile officer, he honed insights from diverse operational, training, and staff roles. Rooted in a passion for enhancing human lives through technology and teaching, his strengths are customer-centric problem-solving and seamless cross-functional collaboration, consistently aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
