By creating and refining inclusive human capital strategies for organizations, I help them build balanced hiring and equity-centered talent management strategies that drive people-centric culture, systems, and products globally. My leadership philosophy is to focus on individual enablement within a culture of trust, curiosity and collaboration to create strategic and iterative opportunities, products and services The values that drive and impress me are integrity and curiosity at the individual level and agility and accountability at the team level. I am skilled at anything people related - counseling, recruiting, developing, motivating, training, and supporting them in achieving their goals and inspirations. I approach D&l as a center of excellence and less of a function. By developing partnerships I have created collaboration networks that help teams and organizations realize their goals.
