As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner at Credit Karma, I am passionate about creating equitable and inclusive environments for all employees, especially those from historically excluded groups. I lead and execute various DEl initiatives, such as employee resource groups, mentorship programs, cultural events, and learning opportunities, that foster a sense of belonging, engagement, and empowerment across the organization. With a background in project management, recruiting, and talent acquisition, I have developed strong skills in relationship building, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I hold a PMP® certification, Prosci certification, and a bachelor's degree, which have helped me to design and deliver creative and impactful DEl solutions. My goal is to drive DEl as a strategic priority and be a catalyst for change and transformation at Credit Karma and beyond.
